Buying Watlow through MAHC FAQ
No. A part number is fastest, but a photo, the nameplate, the barrel or tank dimensions and the electrical information are usually enough for us to identify the right Watlow product and configuration.
Yes. Send the complete model number from the side label — not just the front — plus supply voltage, input type, output configuration and any communications. We'll identify what you have and propose the current Watlow product or a replacement path that keeps your wiring workable.
We do it daily. Give us the material, volume or flow rate, starting temperature, target temperature, heat-up time and available voltage and we'll calculate the load, choose the watt density and select the heater construction — then quote the sensor, controller and power control with it.
