Custom control panel FAQ
Ideally yes, but we can work from a description. A basic P&ID, zone list with setpoints and available power (voltage, phase, available FLA) are enough to get started. We'll refine the design together before wire.
Absolutely. Our panels follow NFPA 79, NEC and your local Authority Having Jurisdiction. We include nameplate data, component UL listings and documentation packages that satisfy inspection.
That's common. We can trace and rewire in-place or build a drop-in replacement. Send photos and the voltage/power rating — we'll scope whether it's a component swap or a full rebuild.
Yes. We design and build the panel in Spartanburg, ship it ready for install, and support commissioning by phone or video. For complex multi-zone installations, we can schedule an on-site start-up.
