Florida

Thermal engineering for Northwest Florida manufacturers

Between Pensacola and Panama City sits one of the country's densest aerospace and defense clusters — seven times the national average in turbine manufacturing jobs — plus a seafood industry that runs on steam.

Why the Panhandle works with MAHC

Turbines, sustainment and processing

Okaloosa County's turbine plants, Pensacola's naval aviation sustainment work and Bay County's seafood processing all depend on the same thing: repeatable, well-controlled heat.

Turbine & Engine Component Heat

High-temperature elements, bore and form heaters and matched instrumentation for turbine and aerostructures work.

High-temp products

Defense Aviation Sustainment

Oven, soak-tank and test-stand heating with the documentation contractor maintenance stations expect.

Panel capabilities

Seafood & Food Processing

Steam generation, blanching and tank heating with corrosion-rated elements for Gulf Coast processors.

Our reach

From our shop to your floor

Parts and finished panels ship to the Florida Panhandle on the same terms we give any customer. On-site work is scheduled well ahead — we're far past 80 miles here, so visits take longer to arrange than Upstate jobs, and we plan them around your outage windows.

  • Certified distributor — Watlow, Eurotherm
  • Custom panels built to customer spec
  • Full loop: element → sensor → controller → panel
  • Phone support same-day · visits scheduled ahead

FAQ

Northwest Florida thermal FAQ

Yes. We ship parts, deliver built panels and schedule on-site work across Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton and Bay counties.

Parts and built panels ship next-day from Spartanburg. Hands-on work is scheduled well ahead — at this distance visits take longer to arrange than for our Upstate plants, so we book around your planned downtime and group trips. Phone and video support is same-day.

Our panels ship with complete wiring diagrams, component traceability and labeled wire numbers, and we build to whatever specification your contract flowdown requires.

Frequently — salt air kills ordinary heaters and sensors early. We spec stainless sheaths, proper terminations and coatings that survive the washdown environment.
