Thermal engineering for Memphis & West Tennessee plants

Tennessee's single biggest manufacturing base is on the Mississippi — food, chemicals, paper and farm equipment. Distance changes nothing about the work: we build it in Spartanburg and ship it to your dock.

Why Memphis works with MAHC

Processing heat on a river scale

West Tennessee's plants cook, dry, blend and convert grain, meat, chemicals and fiber. Those processes live and die on watt density, sensor placement and control stability.

Food & Grain Processing Heat

Tank, kettle and line heating with hygienic sensors for the region's meat, condiment and grain operations.

Food & beverage

Chemical & Blend Thermal

Corrosion-resistant elements, drum and tote heaters, trace heat and explosion-aware control for blending plants.

Chemical processing

Paper, Plastics & Converting

Roll heating, dryer zones and melt control for the mills and converting shops that feed the distribution corridor.

Plastics solutions

Custom Panels — Built & Shipped

UL-recognized multi-zone panels engineered to your spec, delivered ready for install — no field improvisation.

Our reach

From our shop to your dock

Memphis is the far end of our map, and it works the same way as the near end: parts ship next-day, panels arrive built and documented. On-site work is scheduled well ahead — we're far past 80 miles, so visits take longer to arrange than Upstate jobs and we plan them around your outages.

  • Certified distributor — Watlow, Eurotherm
  • Custom panels built to customer spec
  • Full loop: element → sensor → controller → panel
  • Phone support same-day · visits scheduled ahead
Where we work

West Tennessee, cluster by cluster

The market is a metro at one end and a rail-and-interstate chain at the other.

Memphis & Shelby County

Tennessee's largest manufacturing workforce: food processing, chemicals, paper and building products.

Heaters & sensors

Tipton County & the North Metro

Automotive and equipment manufacturing along the I-55 and SR-380 corridor.

The complete thermal loop

Jackson & Madison County

Row-crop equipment plants and the supplier base around them — welding, paint cure and heat treat.

Troubleshooting

Millington & the I-55 Corridor

Food, distribution and light manufacturing strung along the rail and interstate spine to the state line.

FAQ

Memphis & West Tennessee thermal FAQ

Yes. We ship parts, deliver built panels and schedule on-site work across Shelby, Tipton, Madison and the surrounding counties.

Parts and built panels ship next-day from Spartanburg. Hands-on work is scheduled well ahead — at this distance visits take longer to arrange than for our Upstate plants, so we book around your planned downtime and group trips. Phone and video support is same-day.

Yes — this is our most common food-plant project. Low-watt-density immersion elements, properly placed RTDs and a matched controller usually hold setpoint far tighter than legacy high-watt setups.

We do — feasibility, sizing, panels and staged changeover for plants that want electric process heat for control quality or emissions reasons.
