Eurotherm distributor in South Carolina
MAHC is a certified Eurotherm distributor for precision temperature control, SCR power control and process data — serving manufacturers, OEMs, engineers and maintenance teams across South Carolina.
What are you trying to control?
Begin with the job the equipment has to do. If you're not sure which category you fall into, send the model number, electrical information, photos and a description of what the machine is doing.
Temperature or Process Control
Holding a temperature, running a programmed profile or swapping out an existing PID — start with Eurotherm temperature and process controllers.
Controller assistanceElectric Heater Power
Switching or regulating power to a resistive heater load — start with Eurotherm SCR power controllers.
Worked oven exampleProcess Recording & Data
Recording temperatures or process variables, replacing a paper chart recorder or collecting process data — start with recorders and data acquisition.
Instrumented panelsMultiple Loops or Automation
Many zones, distributed I/O or a more advanced architecture — start with Eurotherm multi-loop and automation products.
Discuss a multi-loop applicationCurrent platforms and the ones still in the field
Eurotherm has a long history in industrial PID control. We supply controllers for new equipment, replacements and control upgrades.
EPC3000 Programmable Controllers
Programmable single-loop temperature and process control where repeatability, communications and flexible configuration matter — multiple panel sizes, applied across ovens, furnaces, plastics and packaging.
EPC2000 Programmable Controllers
Eurotherm process-control capability in a DIN-rail and surface-mount format, for panels where the controller doesn't need to sit in the door.
3200 Series
Widely installed across industrial equipment and a common family for both new and replacement work — 3216, 3208, 3204 and 32h8 formats.
3500 Series & Multi-Loop
The 3504 and 3508 for applications needing more programming capability, plus Mini8® compact multi-loop control and the T2750 programmable automation controller.
Request a controller quoteMatching the power controller to the load
A temperature controller decides how much heat the process needs; the power controller handles the electrical load going to the heaters.
EPack™ & EPack™ Lite
Compact SCR power controllers for single-, two- and three-phase heating, where accurate solid-state control, communications and load monitoring are required — with Lite for applications that don't need the full feature set.
EPower™ & EFit
Eurotherm's advanced SCR platform for larger or more sophisticated heating systems, and EFit as a compact option for industrial electric loads.
What We Need to Size It
Supply voltage, single or three phase, heater amperage or wattage, the existing SCR model, control signal and heater type. A clear photo of the full model label is usually the best starting point.
Where power control sits in the loopRecorders & Data Acquisition
6100A and 6180A paperless graphic recorders, the nanodac™ recorder/controller and versadac™ scalable data recorder — selected by input count and type, display, communications and recording requirements.
Request a recorder quoteThe side label matters more than the front
Two controllers that look identical on the face can have very different inputs, outputs, power supplies and communications options. If the original product is obsolete, we'll help determine the replacement path.
- Complete model number or ordering code — not just the front
- Supply voltage and input type
- Output configuration and communications
- Photos of the front and the side or rear label
- What the unit is actually controlling
- Zone count, sensor types and outputs for multi-loop work
Buying Eurotherm through MAHC FAQ
Send a photo of the complete side or rear label, plus the input, output and power information. We identify the existing product, then map it to a current EPC3000, EPC2000 or 3500-family unit — or a panel retrofit if the machine's wiring and control scheme have outgrown a like-for-like swap.
It comes down to supply voltage, phase, heater amperage, the control signal from the controller and the firing method the load needs. EPack covers most panel work, EPack Lite trims the features, and EPower is the answer for larger or more closely managed multi-zone loads.
Yes — that's the core of what we do. Eurotherm controllers, power controllers and recorders are mounted, wired and tested in our Spartanburg shop with protection, interlocks, schematics and an I/O list, so the panel arrives ready to install.
Three ways to start with Eurotherm.
Send a part number, send the label on your existing unit, or tell us what you're controlling — MAHC will take it from there.
